Kanban/Pull System adalah metode untuk mengendalikan dan mengontrol aliran sumber daya dalam proses produksi berdasarkan permintaan aktual pelanggan, dimana produksi dilakukan untuk mengganti hanya apa yang telah dikonsumsi (customer order-driven production), tidak lagi berdasarkan hasil peramalan produksi (production forecast planning).

· Simulasi permainan Kanban/Pull System
Sasaran workshop:
Pada akhir Workshop peserta akan dapat:
1. Mengidentifikasi jenis system produksi berjalan di pabrik
2. Memahami perbedaan antara Pull System dan Push System sehingga dapat memunculkan permasalahan yang tersembunyi ke permukaan
3. Mengidentifikasi kesempatan untuk implementasi Pull System
4. Mengerti bagaimana cara mengelola permintaan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan
5. Menghitung jumlah kanban yang beredar
6. Memperluas implementasi Kanban/Pull System terhadap semua lini produksi
