  PT Star Performa is a Consulting firm with focus on Management Consulting and Information Technology Consulting. We serve our clients with various services such as strategy formulation and balanced scorecard, business process improvement and also in implementation ERP (Oracle, Demantra, Hyperion, and Microsoft ERP) to fulfill client needs in their business challenges.

  Role : In charge of the whole aspect of Human Resource Management, especially in organization and people development to support growth of organization.
   
  2. Marketing General Manager
  Role : In charge of the whole aspect of Marketing to support growth of organization.
   
  3. Manufacturing Director
  Role : In charge of the whole aspect of Manufacturing to support growth of organization.
   
  Qualifications :
  • Education : Undergraduate/graduate degree, any discipline.
  • Work Experience : 5+ years of relevant work experience, on Managerial level.
        
  Knowledge/Skills Requirements :

  Requirement :

  - Willing to travel and work under pressure to meet strict deadline
  - Computer literate (Microsoft Office) is a must.

• IT Consultant Consultant

  Requirement :
  - Deep understanding about ERP – Oracle Product / Microsoft Dynamics Product.
  - Having experienced of full Oracle Product implementation / Microsoft Dynamics Product at least 1 cycle.
   
  General Requirement :
  - Fluent in English , both in writing and oral.
  - Hard worker and have willingness to do more.
  - Willing to travel and work under pressure to meet strict deadline
  - Computer literate (Microsoft Office) is a must. 

• Junior Supply Chain Consultant

  Requirement :
  - 1 Year working experience or fresh graduate from Reputable University with majoring in Industrial Engineering

   
  General Requirement :
  - Fluent in English , both in writing and oral.
  - Hard worker and have willingness to do more.
  - Willing to travel and work under pressure to meet strict deadline
  - Computer literate (Microsoft Office) is a must.
